Where do I begin??? Hmmmm…….. - Coordinator Litehouse Employee Review

1) No “Family” life because of work schedule. 2) Implement ideas but never follow thru 3) Continually change policies 4) Overworked and understaffed 5) Pay is NOT based on experience or years worked 6) Supervisors and Managers work when they feel like it 7) “open door” policy is a freaking JOKE 8) 8 hours of personal time is all that is given to 12 hour workers making them need to take 4 hours vacation to cover a full day off 9) Promise training……..it is almost non existent 10) climate controlled?? Ummmm……no! Unless you work up front in the “Ivory tower” which is the front offices!
