Love this company!!! Like all companies, we've had ups and downs, but Litehouse is an AMAZING organization filled with great people. I have worked in many different areas of our organization over the years and I am so thankful to have such a fantastic employer. Being employee owned helps create buy-in and an immense sense of pride in who we are and what we do. Good pay, good benefits, GREAT people! I can't think of any place else I'd rather be employed. I mean, if you HAVE to work....it might as well be at a place you love!!!

It's a job. I'd rather be independently wealthy. ;0)

Toxic is the name of the game. Rules only apply sometimes and only to some people. Loyal longtime employees are expected to continue to put in 110% effort while not getting raises for years while inflation makes life unaffordable.
