Some of the fellow floor workers are pretty awesome people

Cons

Upper management. They never leave their offices but are constantly making changes to procedures they know nothing about. They will be “friendly” and pretend to be supportive to your face, then turn around and berate you behind your back. Reviews only focus on what you’ve done wrong, never recognize accomplishments. If you point out or correct an issue you get berated. Working as a team gets you in trouble. Mandatory overtime every weekend because management decided to get rid of 12 hour shifts. Get wrote up for not running at a speed set by someone who has never ran the machine, get wrote up when there are leakers because you are running at the speed they told you to.

My paycheck arrived on time every 2 weeks

Cons

Toxic is the name of the game. Rules only apply sometimes and only to some people. Loyal longtime employees are expected to continue to put in 110% effort while not getting raises for years while inflation makes life unaffordable.
