Pros

.Solid internal mobility .Great benefits and ESOP plan .Competitive pay .Pleasant workers and management .Good work environment, for what it is. Those who complain about it in any serious capacity, I’m guessing, haven’t worked anywhere else in ages

Cons

.Running out of necessary tools is annoying and happens often enough to mention .Production side can be very gross .Very physical .Inconsistent training quality .Different shifts/crews held to different standards

Toxic is the name of the game. Rules only apply sometimes and only to some people. Loyal longtime employees are expected to continue to put in 110% effort while not getting raises for years while inflation makes life unaffordable.
