Pros

People on the floor are all really unique and mostly good people

Cons

Mandatory 6-7 days per week especially around Holidays. Office people like to micromanage but never pitch in to help and never leave there offices except to berate people. Raises are often less than 10 cents per year.

My paycheck arrived on time every 2 weeks

Cons

Toxic is the name of the game. Rules only apply sometimes and only to some people. Loyal longtime employees are expected to continue to put in 110% effort while not getting raises for years while inflation makes life unaffordable.
