Pros

-Excellent product and sales training. I would not be where I am today without the training I got here. You could rush through it, or really take it seriously, I took it seriously. Aside from the computer training, they great corporate trainers. -Nice stores -Great systems in place

Cons

-Switched my sales manager 4-5 times and GM 3 times, I worked there for just over a year. It was my first sales job and sort made management seem scary, it's not, unless you work for a huge corporation.The seem to have this fixed at the store I worked at. -Work to much: 5 scheduled days including every Saturday. Usually worked my days off to grind out sales. This is also adjusted now to every other weekend at least.

Pros

It was a great environment for solving complex technical problems with real business impact."

Cons

Excellent strategic architecture experience, but the role offered fewer opportunities for hands-on software engineering than I prefer.
