Pros
General Manager operates their dealership as if it's their own. Great pay and benefits. Room for advancement. Corporate structure.
Cons
General Manager operates their dealership as it it's their own. Lithia has many great General Managers and also as many that are not. Closing in on 200 dealerships nationwide it's hard to find ethical respectful hard working General Managers and Lithia is slow to recognize and promote existing talent from it's vast network of successful hard working eager General Sales Managers. Some corporate executives have grown with the company and have a tendency to be cliquey with corporate and dealership personnel.
