Pros
HQ has a clinic and gym on site. clinic is free with insurance. Gym is cheap. Many morale building exercises with Employee Relations
Cons
Long hours without recognition. Subpar level pay, no cola, and few raises. First PTO was earned at the 2 year anniversary. My manager was a friend of upper management, and did not seem to know how to manage people. Very little communication, and they would drop line without telling anyone. My health got really bad due to stress. Should have left sooner. You will be treated like a cog in the machine and nothing more.
