Horrible management. Women are viewed less than equal & you better not show them you have more knowledge on anything or you won’t be staying. You are just a number & nothing more. Just when you get to know people, they leave or their “Position was eliminated.” When COVID hit, Lithia furloughed & fired at least 30% of employees. New people with less pay were hired for positions that did open back up. The GM & upper management commonly lack serious leadership skills.
