So so bad - Anonymous employee Lithia & Driveway Employee Review

What a waste of time. Unless you were lucky and received a higher up position which is becoming more and more difficult than you’re going to leave with nothing. No raises, no job growth or opportunities. I feel like I completely wasted my years here. Terrible benefits, bad pay, no incentives and you don’t receive your matched employer contributions unless you work here 5 years?? I absolutely wasted my time here and have nothing to show for it. Extremely disappointed. I have no idea how people last so long here when there’s other companies with better benefits, 401K programs, and raises. Lithia as a company is an absolute joke.
