Pros
Littelfuse is a family oriented company even though it is considered a large company. They still believe in taking care of the employee. Their benefits program is one of the best in the industry. The company really places a lot of value on personal growth and gives you numerous options and avenues to move within the company. The company is well diversified in the industry which enables them to ride the ups and downs of the different markets.
Cons
Littelfuse compensation lacks behind its peers. As the company grows, more and more is expected of its employees, but there is little to no compensation adjustment in proportion to this increase in work demand. The company is becoming too "corporate" with all of its reporting and meetings.
