Pros
The organization as a whole is not bad. The office downtown is beautiful. The camaraderie I built within my team and across the company was great too. Plenty of events and activities keep you interested.
Cons
Middle management, at least within my division is absolutely terrible. #1 They play favorites. Loving and praising certain team members over the others, and others they publicly ridicule in meetings or just in the office for everyone to hear. #2 They can flip on a dime. HR (the ones who deal with you, NOT ALL HR) will not listen or hear you out. #3 You get to the point where it makes you feel physically sick, worthless, and depressed. Also some of my property from my desk was mailed back DESTROYED, some still missing. #4 Most of all, I was not gievn proper work credit where due. Accounts of mine were "reapperating" in other works files and I lost a lot of business because of this. Going back to favoritsm. An example how I was treated. I was in a car accident. I was not hurt, but my car was totaled. I had to deal with insurance, salvage, car shopping, new insurance etc. Lots of stress you can imagine. I was told to "Get over it," bluntly and rudely. Never was asked if I was okay or needed anything like everyone else did. I could give more but I could write a book on the evils of what I experienced.
