Pros
The work environment is fun, and especially great if you love to cook. You get to work with people from all walks of life, which is something I particularly enjoy. Anyone can work for Little Caesar's.
Cons
-The work load was extremely cumbersome. I could work a 10-13 hour shift and only be a allowed 2 5 minute breaks and sometimes none at all. -Lots of drama goes on, and there is an extremely high turnover rate. Most employees never work for more than a year. -Prepare for some bad customers. Everything but the cheese and pepperoni pizzas is overpriced, so there are lots of complaints. It also takes longer to cook a pizza than it does to cook other fast food. That's a fact, and many customers complain about the wait as well. Customers expect EVERYTHING to be hot and ready in ANY quantity at ALL times of the day, whether it be in the middle of dinner rush, 5 minutes after opening, or 5 minutes before close. It's difficult to keep up with. -It takes a LOT of patience and self-control to work here. For that reason, I wouldn't recommend it to a friend or anyone who cares about their well-being.
