I had good co-workers, but company policies were not very good, and management was poor. - Anonymous employee Little Caesars Pizza Employee Review

Pros

This is a good first job for a high schooler. I had good co-workers, and a friendly, easy going manager. You do get a free pizza during your shift, and get to take home what doesn't sell at the end of the night.

Cons

I was being trained as a full-time assistant manager my first day on the job, even though I could only work part-time. We were short on staff, and high schoolers were working full-time during the summer simply because our manager did not want to hire anymore people. At orientation, I was told that everyone gets paid minimum wage ($7.25/hr) with NO raises. There are also next to no opportunities to get promoted. During an 8-hour shift, you are constantly on your feet in a hot environment, and you get one 30 minute, unpaid break. Needless to say, I did not stay there very long.

Pros

Easy job its simple because there is only like 6 major tasks, making pizza, manning the oven, making bread, making dough, cleaning pans and dishes, and cleaning the store. My first job and I was there for 4 years

Cons

My location was unbelievably busy. Felt over worked and underpaid. It took 6 months for them to run my raise through after I would press my manager every day and he would press who ever to get it for me. Ontop of the they got a new system, which is fine, but with how busy it is we need extra people by oven and pizza making line. Just a mess and more stress inducing. Couldn't take it anymore.
