Pros
The values of the company are admirable. You have a large amount of control, when it comes to the success of your store. Co workers are generally great. The company cares about it's customers, and comes up with multiple programs in order to ensure a customer leaves happy.
Cons
Upper management in my area does not share the values of the company. Most employees from crew to general managers see the company diverting its budget toward advertising and remodeling, while neglecting the fact that it's stores are understaffed. As a result, general managers often work excessive hours, and stores struggle to keep product ready. Most complaints presented to our area supervisor fall on deaf ears and are viewed as excuses. There have been changes in product, and in policy that are intended to reduce costs, but are extremely labor intensive.
