Pros
Your able to take small breaks in between work.Not overly fast paced.Semi laid back.Coworkers have good attitudes and are willing to help you. Coworkers are supportive.Theirs a chance to grow in the company,promotions etc. Your schedule is flexible,your able to balance school and work.Your scheduled mostly stays the same.You can request days off.
Cons
Very few hours.You might only get 7 hours a week.You wont train your first day you'll do various other tasks,this could last up to a month depending on how the manager feels.If they feel your performance is low they'll cut your days in half you might only work 2 days a week.Managers are very unprofessional and very stand offish .Your not able to come to your general manger with issues very often.No discounts on food,no cups or plates to eat on during break.If you dont attend mandatory meeting you can be laid off for up to a week.
