Pros
The people that work at Little Caesar's are very kind and fun to be around. Even the General Manager was nice and would joke around with the workers. There is also the ability to listen to your own music as long as you aren't on register.
Cons
The store gets hectic during dinner rush time. There's a lot of stress for not much pay. The higher-ups of the company don't get things done very fast, and also don't make the best decisions.
