      -It is a job -easy work -good hours -cool co-workers

      Cons

      -poor communication among supervisors and employees -promotion is race based -no breaks are ok unless everything is done -not enough employees working at one time or enough available to cover a sick one

      Pros

      Easy job its simple because there is only like 6 major tasks, making pizza, manning the oven, making bread, making dough, cleaning pans and dishes, and cleaning the store. My first job and I was there for 4 years

      Cons

      My location was unbelievably busy. Felt over worked and underpaid. It took 6 months for them to run my raise through after I would press my manager every day and he would press who ever to get it for me. Ontop of the they got a new system, which is fine, but with how busy it is we need extra people by oven and pizza making line. Just a mess and more stress inducing. Couldn't take it anymore.
