Great first job, gets frustrating over time - Crew Member Little Caesars Pizza Employee Review

Pros

Tasks are relatively simple and enjoyable. Crew members rotate between stations which adds variety. With good management you'll get a taste of all stations but be placed by your strengths during high traffic. Never encountered any nasty sus or out of date food as ingredients are limited and easy to keep fresh.

Cons

When I worked there they paid minimum wage and raises were 5-10 cents, if anything. High turnover resulted in frequent fresh crops of frustrating young teens who had never worked before. No breaks for shifts under 6 hours. Rushes can be intense with a crew of new workers. Had to throw away leftover pizza and was not allowed to take it home. All crew members were required to answer the phone. Cashiers have to run back and forth between other stations and helping customers at the register.

Pros

Easy job its simple because there is only like 6 major tasks, making pizza, manning the oven, making bread, making dough, cleaning pans and dishes, and cleaning the store. My first job and I was there for 4 years

Cons

My location was unbelievably busy. Felt over worked and underpaid. It took 6 months for them to run my raise through after I would press my manager every day and he would press who ever to get it for me. Ontop of the they got a new system, which is fine, but with how busy it is we need extra people by oven and pizza making line. Just a mess and more stress inducing. Couldn't take it anymore.
