      You can be creative in your solutions to problems. It is a "fun" job, you work around people who are willing to work.

      Cons

      Very low pay, no benefits. Fragmented management style, practically no sharing is permitted between management. No vacation time... at all. paid or unpaid.

      Pros

      Easy job its simple because there is only like 6 major tasks, making pizza, manning the oven, making bread, making dough, cleaning pans and dishes, and cleaning the store. My first job and I was there for 4 years

      Cons

      My location was unbelievably busy. Felt over worked and underpaid. It took 6 months for them to run my raise through after I would press my manager every day and he would press who ever to get it for me. Ontop of the they got a new system, which is fine, but with how busy it is we need extra people by oven and pizza making line. Just a mess and more stress inducing. Couldn't take it anymore.
