If you enjoy a fast paced environment, training teenagers, and working 50 hours+ each week, this' the job for you.
Cons
No Benefits at all, no medical insurance, no stock, no gas mileage reimbursement, etc. If you're lucky, you'll get a great owner who doesn't micro manage so you can enjoy your career. There's barely ever anyone to cover someone in the event of an emergency and all new employees are expected to start at the state minimum wage regardless of experience level.
