Pros
Allowed one free pizza per shift to take home. Management is cool as long as you do your job. the job may be intimidating at first but once you master the process of dough making you'll do fine as long as you're able to keep up a pace.
Cons
Depending on the location you work at you may deal with unreliable coworkers, broken or damaged equipment, and the job can be a little back breaking especially if you're tall. The tables that the work stations are on can be really short/low and you can't adjust them so being slightly leaned forward all day can put a lot of strain on your lower back. Also you're making dough as the orders come in so when there is a rush you may struggle to keep up with the rush unless you have a good partner working with you.
