Pros

I enjoyed interacting with the customers. All of my coworkers were nice. I wish that it could have worked out but it did not. Overall a very negative experience.

Cons

First off, I just wanted to scream "Does no one here know you wash your hands before you touch pizza? nasty ugh. "Best way to describe my experience would be that I feel like they wasted my time. I filled out my new hire paperwork. After that, I feel like got ghosted by management for about a week. I then worked two days. She said she would text me my schedule "soon". I didn't hear from her at all for almost one week. She says she will send me a schedule but I hear absolutely nothing else from them. Eventually I did text her a few times and I received some serious " I will get back to you, not right now vibes". Her exact words were" my district manager will put you in the system and we will get you a schedule very soon. This was the 4th or 5th time she had said those exact words to me in the cours so I of course began the job hunt anew. I hate changing employers but when I began to feel as though my time is being wasted or "played with" I had to find a different workplace environment immediately. This is exactly how I felt from the moment I was hired. They dragged feet at every step of the hiring process. This hurts people who honestly need work. I hope this helps the company to better situations for others.

Pros

Easy job its simple because there is only like 6 major tasks, making pizza, manning the oven, making bread, making dough, cleaning pans and dishes, and cleaning the store. My first job and I was there for 4 years

Cons

My location was unbelievably busy. Felt over worked and underpaid. It took 6 months for them to run my raise through after I would press my manager every day and he would press who ever to get it for me. Ontop of the they got a new system, which is fine, but with how busy it is we need extra people by oven and pizza making line. Just a mess and more stress inducing. Couldn't take it anymore.
