Pros

Hmmm not sure anything except the paycheck from working forced overtime every week. 8-12-8 so Monday is 8hrs Tuesday-Thursday at 12hrs and Friday is 8

Cons

The supervisors in the plant are horrible! They sit up in their office and almost never go on the plant floor. If you have an issue with someone or something, they don’t want to be bothered to get off their butts to do anything about it. One should never have been a supervisor in the first place. Forced overtime, one week of vacation until your there 3 yrs, they only care about money, they pick and choose who they want to penalize for number of things, and they hire anyone with a heartbeat. I’m not disgruntled either . I’m just being honest. And if you’re hired some of the women look you up on CCAP. You’ve been warned

Pros

Transitioning from good to great, new CEO is challenging the status quo of activity equaling achievement. Compensation and benefits are competitive. High level of community involvement and purpose beyond profit.

Cons

Legacy employees need to adapt or move on. Infrastructure systems are antiquated and limited in their ability to do what is needed to use correct data for reporting and tracking.

Pros

Look at the review' s titles, management all gives 5 star reviews, most likely to help boost the overall rating. The reviews from the people on the floor are all bad. Even in one of the management reviews they suggest that legacy employees adapt or move on. That is how toxic the management team is to the floor employees.

Cons

Everything, no work / home life ballance unless you like putting in 60-80 hours a week.
