      Pros

      Very ethical company with a meaningful mission. The environment is multicultural with most of the teams internationally dispersed, which makes interactions very interesting. The team is very passionate about creating meaningful products that make a difference to patients and the environment is very collaborative. The leadership teams has been recently reshuffled and we are beginning to see a new push towards innovation and a strong focus on developing internal talents, which is really welcome and nice to see.

      Cons

      So many amazing initiatives around innovation and talent are being driven internally. It would be great if they were better shared and communicated, but I know efforts are being made already in this sense.

      Pros

      I think leadership puts a lot of thought into strategy, including the new human imperatives. They're having the right discussions and gathering employee insights. The culture is good and getting better from where i sit (but there is a lot of variability on experiences based on location culture) and I haven't met very many 'weak links' - people are smart and they work hard. Most people really, sincerely care about helping patients.

      Cons

      The size of the company means career pathing will just be limited. You really have to take control of your path and forge it- you can't wait for the organization to bubble up opportunities for you in a way that may be possible at larger organizations.
