Pros
I don't see pros today if you are not а friend of a management or are ready to work 12 hours per day.
Cons
R&D and development has been cut to one project. There is fuzzy future research and development where I don’t see any perspectives. Company started a practice of pushing employee to leave because of luck of work through PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) despite of a clear “lay off” situation. Why to pay a severance package if you can kick out employee for free (yes, based on “at will employment”)? It is a big amount of employee who left company recently after getting PIP. Guess why? If somebody likes to work in this kind of environment, then fine, good luck.
