They are very much bullies in customer service. They will attempt to pigeon hole you while pretending to be interested in playing into your strengths but they truly do not care unless you’re a favorite. Would not recommend unless they completely rehaul the customer service managers, and supervisors . If you are someone who is in customer service because you are caring and want to work for a company that wants you to be successful instead of finding ways to out you this is not the place for you. There’s a reason the customer service team looks the way it does (discrimination is high). Keep the EEOC on speed dial with these folks…I’ll just leave it at that.
