Pros

The pay is good. The product is old but good.

Cons

This is a sales organization, but they do not do what is right for patients, physicians, or employees. Organizations need to balance people and profits. Managment does not care about real territory challenges. The organization charges too much for the product. Hospitals cannot afford this procedure. You are a sales number and that is it. The management does not know anything about the product. They are there to get you to make your number or get out. There is absolutely NO diversity.

Pros

I think leadership puts a lot of thought into strategy, including the new human imperatives. They're having the right discussions and gathering employee insights. The culture is good and getting better from where i sit (but there is a lot of variability on experiences based on location culture) and I haven't met very many 'weak links' - people are smart and they work hard. Most people really, sincerely care about helping patients.

Cons

The size of the company means career pathing will just be limited. You really have to take control of your path and forge it- you can't wait for the organization to bubble up opportunities for you in a way that may be possible at larger organizations.
