      -Meaningful work -Competitive pay -Opportunity to grow if you do your job well -Fun coworkers

      Cons

      -A lot of changes (seems this is most companies though) -Lack of communication ahead of changes -In general the businesses have been the same for 30+ years, lack of new products, diversified product line

      Pros

      I think leadership puts a lot of thought into strategy, including the new human imperatives. They're having the right discussions and gathering employee insights. The culture is good and getting better from where i sit (but there is a lot of variability on experiences based on location culture) and I haven't met very many 'weak links' - people are smart and they work hard. Most people really, sincerely care about helping patients.

      Cons

      The size of the company means career pathing will just be limited. You really have to take control of your path and forge it- you can't wait for the organization to bubble up opportunities for you in a way that may be possible at larger organizations.
