      Pros

      - New leadership means new changes, I think for the better. It seems leadership appreciates that things need to change and is listening to better understand what employees think. - Competitive pay - Good work/life balance

      Cons

      - Change means a loss of power for some. If employees aren't willing to give up some oversight for the better good, change won't take hold.

      Pros

      I think leadership puts a lot of thought into strategy, including the new human imperatives. They're having the right discussions and gathering employee insights. The culture is good and getting better from where i sit (but there is a lot of variability on experiences based on location culture) and I haven't met very many 'weak links' - people are smart and they work hard. Most people really, sincerely care about helping patients.

      Cons

      The size of the company means career pathing will just be limited. You really have to take control of your path and forge it- you can't wait for the organization to bubble up opportunities for you in a way that may be possible at larger organizations.
