      If you’re under qualified to do the job, a bully, and back stabber you’ll thrive here.

      Cons

      People here take pride in being with the company for a significantly long time without realizing it’s not necessarily a good thing. Lack of adaptability to new environments and people is one of the many issues here. If you’re seen as a threat (usually because you’re great at your job) you may experience defamation and be shunned by coworkers.

      Pros

      I think leadership puts a lot of thought into strategy, including the new human imperatives. They're having the right discussions and gathering employee insights. The culture is good and getting better from where i sit (but there is a lot of variability on experiences based on location culture) and I haven't met very many 'weak links' - people are smart and they work hard. Most people really, sincerely care about helping patients.

      Cons

      The size of the company means career pathing will just be limited. You really have to take control of your path and forge it- you can't wait for the organization to bubble up opportunities for you in a way that may be possible at larger organizations.
