      Very Strange, dismal outlook in former territory - Territory Manager LivaNova Employee Review

      Pros

      …proud of the VNS and healthcare/internal teams supporting it. Case management was a particularly great resource on the daily.

      Cons

      When it came to surgeries/scheduling- was a consistent string of mess-ups @ major accounts. Related losses + pressures to compensate for these issues (while management literally took my sales numbers - and put them under the KAM’s name, fraudulently) worsened the situation for patients and providers. Main customers ultimately encouraged me to move on to Neuropace. Seems like this was business as usual for this company, though.

      Pros

      I think leadership puts a lot of thought into strategy, including the new human imperatives. They're having the right discussions and gathering employee insights. The culture is good and getting better from where i sit (but there is a lot of variability on experiences based on location culture) and I haven't met very many 'weak links' - people are smart and they work hard. Most people really, sincerely care about helping patients.

      Cons

      The size of the company means career pathing will just be limited. You really have to take control of your path and forge it- you can't wait for the organization to bubble up opportunities for you in a way that may be possible at larger organizations.
