We compete in a fast-moving space and we act quickly to respond to market opportunities. When coupled with LiveRamp's culture of autonomy, independence, and speed, our response and operations could come across as disorganized. We'd like to maintain our ability to move quickly while containing the chaos, and hope that you'll help the team where you can.
P.S. I subsequently found this quote from an early Amazon engineer that resonated: "In my experience, innovation can only come from the bottom. Those closest to the problem are in the best position to solve it.
