5yFellow LiveRamper - You've made a big claim here, so let me be clear: LiveRamp puts equity at the core of our pay strategy. In addition to our own internal pay equity assessments, we hire an outside firm every year to review all of our employee's pay—including stock compensation—and to flag any potential issues. The last review was completed in July 2020. Also, as a proactive measure, we train our managers on how to avoid unconscious bias during the pay planning process and ensure fair and equitable treatment in all salary increases and promotions. And lastly: Where differences in pay exist, they are based on a consistent set of factors such as the employee's location, current pay position in that market, and performance.
