      Pros

      - management is always focus on finding solution to problems leading to constructive discussions - lots of consideration for employees (training budget every year, surveys to evaluate employees satisfaction etc) - interesting data challenges to tackle

      Cons

      - deadlines for some projects are sometimes a bit short
