Pros
I feel very supported by management and the leadership team honestly cares for employees. My teammates care about the company, culture and me as a person. I can honestly say that it is by far it is the most supportive company that I have ever worked for. My work is challenging and I am growing my skillset (which I have not been able to do at other organizations). The company is setting itself up to scale, which is what is needed in order to support growth of the organization and individuals.
Cons
The company is going through some changes but these are changes that every company must go through in order to grow and thrive. Yes, the stock is down but then again, so is most stock right now. Have you seen the market? It is the economy right now.
