Pros
I've loved my experience at Lively. The products we build sit at the intersection of fintech and healthcare tech - interesting problem spaces that present us with the opportunity to provide real value for our users. We're in a high growth phase, and I'm confident and excited about the future outlook for the company. The culture rewards those that take on ownership and deliver results. I work with colleagues that I learn from every day, and feel that I'm given the space to try new things and grow in my own career path along with the company.
Cons
With any startup, there are pivots that mean you have to be flexible. Benefits are good but don't compete with the larger tech companies. I'll add that I was surprised to read some of the recent reviews centered on the MSA experience, and while these aren't reflective of my experiences with those team members, I know that leadership will look carefully at them.
