Pros
Friendly coworkers, wonderful residents, and I really appreciate the retirement plan for employees--great match on money that I contribute. Good opportunity for growth for employees. I know a lot of people who started as a CNA or a server in dining services, and have worked their way up to management positions. Health insurance plans are good--cost for employee is really low. More expensive if you add in family members.
Cons
Sometimes takes a long time to get things done. Because it is a health care community, business takes place 24/7 so don't expect to take it easy.
