Major disconnect between management and on site employees. Managers treat their employees as expendable and does not help nurture growth into their positions. I did not have issues with this but being there for multiple years, I saw this time and time again. The company does reward loyalty. New property managers will get hired on with higher salary’s than someone who has been with the company for years and excelled. Upper level management is held to a lower standard than onsite employees. Regional managers will leave hours early multiple days a week. Company has transitioned to seeing clients as numbers and not people we serve. They do not care about their residents like they used to.
