Easy hours with decent pay and you work with a lot of great people. Everybody is willing to help you out if needed.

Not everybody is on the same page about policy and procedures and can make things more stressful than it needs to be.

40-60 hours per week average. Good equipment. Limited oversite. Outdoor work.

Cons

No health benefits. Per diem is very low. Maximum 10 days vacation per year. Stepping stone company, NOT career biased. Turnover rate is really high. Very limited training.
