Pros
The company offers good benefits and a flexible schedule when needed. For the most part good people to work with, and good job security because of the large and long-term contracts.
Cons
Being a government contractor means a lot of slow processes and red tape to fight through to get things done. Also the culture at Aeronautics FW necessitates moving around to different departments to gain good raises and/or promotions.
