Looks good on resume and you get to work on cool stuff
Cons
Willing to cut benefits to increase company profits. Salary isn't very competitive even though they will tell you it is. Can't seem to keep talent because their pay and benefits are lacking so they work with a skeleton crew at times. They ignore your concerns and comments unless it's something positive for the company.
