      Pros

      Feels good to be making things to keep our country safe.

      Cons

      NO effort is made to keep salaries in line with inflation, in spite of how great you are. My boss hasn't had a raise in 5 YEARS, and he's a good guy. Meanwhile, you can bet your butt that Bob Stevens gets HIS compensation. 2008 - $25 million total.

      Still have to maintain legacy application. Lots of red tape.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
