      Scope and type of work Team-like atmosphere Good benefits and lots of time off with three weeks vacation to start, which rolls over year to year if unused, and a 9x80 work schedule at some sites; otherwise it is a flexible 40 hour week

      Cons

      Lower pay compared to other industries Instability with uncertainty due to contracts and sales being tied to government budgets Slow supply chain

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
