      Highly ethical (in my experience) Hard work usually creates opportunities for advancement Opportunities to work on highly mission relevant projects

      Cons

      Similar to most defense contractors, needs work to come up to par for software development process and approach across the company, pockets are good, others need improvement. Similar to most defense contractors, internal support organizations can be bureaucratic and challenging to convince they exist to support creation of products.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
