      Pros

      Pay is good and the Benefits are alright.

      Cons

      There is a terrible culture at LM generated from the very top (CEO) and perpetuated throughout the management below. You're just a number at LM and no one seems to care about anyone. I was in Owego NY office and it was a "Good ol' boys" club. Marillyn Hewson was briefly the president there and stated she would be addressing this issue but she was worse than any of them and soon afterwards became CEO of LM. I left LM at that point.

      Great company! Given lots of opportunity to build new skills.

      Still have to maintain legacy application. Lots of red tape.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
