Terrible Leadership - Security Specialist Lockheed Martin Employee Review

Terrible leadership. I mean terrible. Borderline abusive. The FSO never gave you a minute alone with senior leadership so you couldn't express in detail what the working environment was like. The team leader would let you burn alive if that meant keeping the boss from harrassing them. HR was involved and ultimately suggested having a "heart to heart" with the boss about how he made everyone feel.
