Pros
Great company to work for, decent pay and benefits. Large organized corporate culture, forward thinking and diverse. Some incredibly bright people work here and depending on the mix you are in it can be very exciting to be a part of the action.
Cons
Very lean due to sequestration. Layoffs abound and the future is uncertain at many sites. Politics are unavoidable and budget cuts have put a dark cloud over the place.
