      Great values for such a large company. Opportunities to find the position of best fit are available and pointed out. The Paid Time Off you can receive is good.

      Cons

      The benefits are just so-so as a high deductible health plan is the only option. Part of being a defense contractor is occasionally reorganizing after a lost contract.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
