      - Company is going against it's own ethical standards by donating to election objectors - Does little to combat the misinformation spread about COVID in the company-wide chats - Overworks employees, slow to hire replacements for team members that leave leaving a strain on the team - 5 hour OT 'gate' that you have to work before being paid for overtime during the normal work week

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
